Not good for couples ❌ , The hotel staff is not good asking to many questions after check in , room and washroom area is not that good wtf not recommended at all ,We “ll never visit again

Food quality was good. However overall Cleanliness needs improvement. Toilet was not clean- staff does not listen after being reminded. Electrical switches. Fans, TV not working and staff paying no heed to it.

Friendly staff at the reception

The price I paid had nothing to do with generally very low quality of accomodation. Uncomfortable bed, unfinished balcony without any barrier, worn out furniture, non-closing doors…

Facilities at the hotel, food etc are good. Well behaved staff.

Location. It is a bit far away from most temple location.

The stay was nice. The food was the best we have had so far in Mathura. The staff were well-behaved and polite. It is value for money.

The door was not in the right condition; however, they later fixed it. The washroom was getting clogged. However, the rooms need some renovation.

Clean and nice rooms. Washroom was also very neat and clean. Manager and staff members are very polite and welcoming.

I booked 02 rooms through Booking .Com. I had, contacted over phone and confirmed that I will reach in time but it is seen my booking has been cancelled.I don't know who did it. My doubt it has been done by the hotel staff ..Further on scrutiny it is seen hotel collected room rent with GST but issued bill without putting GST number . In this way they are cheating customer and Govt.

Restaurant is good..

Room was not equipped with all toiletry items.. so the waiter was bringing things one by one based on our requirements...

It is a avoidable place.

1. Hotel is right next to railway track. Entire night you can hear train passing by. It will disturb the sleep.2. Bathroom and room are not clean.3. Photos and reviews over the internet are misleading.

The booking was cancelled without any information, they called me and it was discussed that this was confirm booking, at the last moment they cancelled when i reach nearby hotel

1. Room is comfortable and is suitable for small family of 2 or 3.2. Staff were friendly and helpful.3. Value for money.

1. There's No Lift, elderly people might face some discomfort if the room is on higher levels.2. Location accessibility. Feels like little far from the city center.

The staff is very polite and the owner is also very humble. Good location

The Triple room is a bit costly as per the changes.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Food was also good. The staff were friendly, caring and helpful. The stay was like homely.

AVOID!

Housekeeping was very bad. The corridor was with garbage. The staff was slow. The room was full of dust. There were cockroaches, flying insects and bugs. We had to ask for our fresh towels and toiletteries. Though there was a Menu card in the room, the food was limited choice and spicy. They didn't have simple a Grill to make sandwiches ? The Roti we had for dinner were bitter; probably made from stale dough.The guy said No Curd for us, but served his Manager a bowl of it with Paratha! The Restaurant had an AC that had broken down.There's no Elevator. And no railing to hold halfway the stairs. You should rely on the walls!At the time of my booking, there were good reviews, but we were very disappointed.
